What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information and applying the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services and communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must, with a solid understanding of the industry and its trends
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Nice to Have
While not required, experience with CRM systems and experience in crypto/finance would be a great plus, as would a strong understanding of customer happiness practices and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
