Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our customer service team by using your expertise to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and you'll be expected to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customer service team by using your expertise to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Apply information while speaking with delinquent clients to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Look for ways to further develop quality customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of reimbursement on extraordinary record adjusts
- Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial framework to determine justification for misconduct
- Seek guidance from managers and raise questions and complex issues to customer service team
- Connect with quick customer service team on fundamental customer service related information, as well as internal and external clients
Required Capabilities
* 3+ years of customer service, client contact, customer support, or sales climate experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising autonomous judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting multiple needs in a organized but adaptable, versatile and changing, call center climate
- Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of impressive skill with all levels of colleagues and management
- Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets, while cultivating a team climate
- Ability to work successfully in a organized but adaptable, versatile and changing, call center climate
- Ability to work effectively in a team climate and across all hierarchical levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility are essential
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the telephone
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision
- Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
- Military experience in personnel administration, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military enrolling
- Military knowledge or examination experience including functional administration, project management, mission development management and financial management
- Experience working with military convention and directions, enrolled assessments, official/authority reporting, and assistance with keeping military staff battle prepared and effective
