Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Associate - AI Trainer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conversing with chatbots: You'll engage in conversations with our chatbots to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writing novel conversations: You'll create new conversations to teach our chatbots what to say and how to respond to different topics and scenarios.
  • Comparing AI model performance: You'll compare the performance of different AI models to identify the most effective ones and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Researching and fact-checking: You'll research and fact-check AI responses to ensure accuracy and originality.
