The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong phone presence, and be able to seamlessly transition between languages depending on the customer's needs. You'll be comfortable with high-volume calls, think fast on your feet, and troubleshoot effectively to keep customers reassured every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively, keeping customers informed and reassured throughout the process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, even in high-pressure situations
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally in fintech or tech startup environments
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficient with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry
- Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $25 - $28 per hour.
