Key Responsibilities

  • Problem-solving: Identifying and correcting discrepancies or errors within the data and escalating issues as necessary to maintain data accuracy and prevent data loss.
  • File and Document Management: Organising and managing digital files and documents effectively, ensuring easy access and minimizing data duplication.
  • Regular Reporting: Generating and submitting daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required to track progress, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve data entry skills, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, and contributing to process improvements.
