Job Summary:
As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll be the frontline of arenaflex's support system, helping subscribers resolve account and billing-related issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to arenaflex subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns.
- Accurately diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately.
- Document subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.
- Stay aligned with arenaflex's brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.
Essential Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and working in a digital environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or contact center environment.
- Experience handling billing, subscription, or account-related support is a plus.
- Prior experience in a streaming or tech support environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
