The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Temporary Employee to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers via phone and email, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a temporary, full-time position that requires a two-week on-site training period at our SouthPark office in Charlotte, NC. After training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, providing you have a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide expert support to customers
  • Participate in on-site training and remote work, adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry or role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the agricultural industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
