Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients. This will involve:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues

- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the opportunities you choose to work on. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- View our background and credit check requirements
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form

Availability

Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
