Key Responsibilities

  • Completing end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
