Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Accepting payments, verifying account information, and making updates or changes to account information, such as billing or contact info
  • Informing customers about incentives or upgrades they're eligible for, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to customers
  • A friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor, with a strong willingness to help people
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software, phone systems, and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
