Temporary Data Entry Specialist – Precision Medicine Company
At arenaflex, we're a precision medicine company pioneering targeted therapies for polygenic diseases, with an initial focus on ophthalmology. Our innovative approach integrates patients' genetics with longitudinal clinical and imaging data, leveraging our interdisciplinary team's expertise in clinical science, data science, statistical genetics, machine learning, and drug discovery. We're currently advancing two programs into the clinic for Dry Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), with additional programs in earlier stages of discovery research. We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is expected to last approximately one month, with the potential for extension based on individual performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately (Early August 2025).

Job Summary
We're looking for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our precision medicine initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, and collaborating closely with our Clinical Data Manager and Clinical Data Associate.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input data into arenaflex databases, following established procedures and data entry guidelines
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data entries
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Data Manager and Clinical Data Associate to ensure seamless data entry and management
Key Attributes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Comfortable using Mac systems and general computer applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
• Associate's degree or at least 2 years of relevant data entry or administrative experience
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Prior professional or personal experience using a Mac
- Experience with HIPAA and/or GCP guidelines preferred but not required
