Join Our Team as a Quality Control Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entry processes. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent computer skills and a passion for quality control, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Reporting directly to the Quality Control Lead/Manager
• Completing Data Entry of all requests
• Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
• Identifying and accurately classifying each request
• Upholding arenaflex's values by following our C.R.A.F.T. principles
• Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand
Requirements:
• 40 wpm typing speed
• High-speed internet quality
• Goal-oriented, focused on ensuring accuracy and speed
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work within time constraints
Essential Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a quality control or data entry role
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
• Certification in medical records or a related field
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
