Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing client accounts, providing top-notch support, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to analyze payment history, communicate account statuses, and negotiate collection arrangements. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Analyze payment history and clearly communicate account statuses to customers

  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
  • Promptly report and refer sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
  • Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to deliver the highest level of service

Qualifications

* High School Diploma (required)

  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
