Key Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat conversations. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to live chat inquiries from customers promptly, efficiently, and with a friendly and professional tone.
- Providing accurate and timely information about our services, products, and policies.
- Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to customers.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing feedback with the team.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live-chat or online support setting.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in the use of computer software and online chat platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
