What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming customer calls and resolving user demands in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional service and product knowledge to customers, including boutiques and shops
- Logging call details onto call management systems and ensuring response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's applications and services to provide expert support to customers
Your Qualifications
We're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Your qualifications should include:
- Proficiency in Dutch and an advanced level of English
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
- Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate to a higher level of support
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration

- A competitive salary of 19,103 euros gross/year, plus up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus
