Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Calls, you will be responsible for:
- Joining video calls with customers to ensure they follow the required steps outlined in our guidebook
- Providing guidance and support to customers during the calls
- Monitoring customer progress and providing feedback to ensure they meet the required standards
- Participating in presentations and discussions with customers
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A computer with a working webcam and mic (joining from a phone or tablet will not be accepted)
- A stable internet connection
- Basic English language skills
- A minimally filled profile with a photo (students are preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
