Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk position is a critical role that supports arenaflex projects by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entry. This position works closely with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure that all data is collected and entered correctly, ensuring that billing and documentation are performed accurately. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into arenaflex systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Collaborate with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered correctly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced typing ability (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role in a similar industry

  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working with arenaflex systems and software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
