Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and organized Full Stack Bookkeeper and Customer Manager to join our remote USA team. As a key member of our finance and customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Bookkeeper and Customer Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Financial Management

+ Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations + Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable + Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Customer Support

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat + Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to management as needed + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Bookkeeping and Accounting

+ Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger + Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws + Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Data Analysis and Reporting

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement + Develop and maintain financial reports, including dashboards, scorecards, and other visualizations + Provide insights and recommendations to management to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Full Stack Bookkeeper and Customer Manager at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or customer support
  • Certifications: Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certifications preferred
  • Skills: Proficient in financial software, including QuickBooks, Xero, or other cloud-based accounting systems; excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Master's degree: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Industry experience: Experience in a related industry, such as finance, accounting, or customer support
  • Language skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, or other languages
  • Certifications: Additional certifications, such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
