Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Arenaflex customers in Spanish, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members

  • Utilize a range of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with customers and provide support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on Spanish-speaking customers

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
