Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level), you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:
