Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our students and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about our programs and services
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify potential students' or clients' goals and objectives
  • Advising on program options, eligibility criteria, and application processes
  • Processing applications, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business, communications)
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and database management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
