About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Working within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
What We Look for in a Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual requirement: fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions and constant sedentary work
- Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
Work at Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and distraction-free work experience, we require:
- High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite or hotspot) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
- WiFi must be turned off at all times
- Windows Updates must be current
- A private and distraction-free home workspace with the ability to close a door
