Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as adhering to quality and productivity standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Call Center Manager)

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure the success of our Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions program, we require the following technology:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
