* 2+ years of experience in medical billing customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
