Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Advising clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they make informed decisions
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed expectations, with a focus on building strong relationships and trust
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed guidance to clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, with a higher pay rate available for those who possess this skill.
