As a Customer Service Representative Specialist & AI Trainer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-powered customer support. You'll work closely with our team to train advanced language models on realistic support scenarios and customer engagement tasks, ensuring that our AI systems are equipped to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us develop more accurate, professional, and personalized customer support experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Converse with advanced language models on realistic support scenarios and customer engagement tasks
- Verify accuracy and professionalism of model responses
- Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
- Challenge models on topics like live chat resolution, product troubleshooting, billing inquiries, tone calibration, refund handling, technical walk-throughs, and upsell/cross-sell interactions
- Collaborate with our team to develop and refine our AI training data and evaluation metrics
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or associate degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk platforms, or support QA
- Clear, metacognitive communication – "showing your work" – is essential
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with CRM systems, call center operations, and support ticketing systems
- Knowledge of omnichannel communication and customer engagement strategies
