Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced CPC Processor Customer Support Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You'll work in a high-volume production environment, utilizing multiple computer monitors to document information in various platforms. Responsibilities:

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-4:30pm EST

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical records or customer support role

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record management systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
