Job Summary

As a Customer Support & eCommerce Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple communication channels. You'll be responsible for managing orders, tracking shipments, handling returns and refunds, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. If you're a skilled communicator with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for e-commerce, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, social media, and phone

  • Manage orders, track shipments, and handle returns and refunds in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records as necessary
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, Gorgias, Slack, and dialers for data entry and admin tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and support response times

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, Gorgias, Slack, and dialers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in e-commerce and customer support

  • Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and Etsy platforms
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
  • Experience with data entry and admin tasks in a call center or BPO environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
