Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to support our growing Allied Health and Therapy staffing division. This fully remote role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals in both travel and local contract opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within Allied Health and Therapy specialties (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, imaging, respiratory, etc.) and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple requisitions while building strong candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting & Talent Acquisition ● Source, recruit, and place qualified Allied Health and Therapy professionals for travel and local contract assignments. ● Conduct candidate screening, interviews, credential verification, and onboarding coordination. ● Maintain a consistent pipeline of active, qualified candidates across multiple specialties. ● Match candidates to client needs based on clinical skills, experience, availability, and preferences. ● Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up. Candidate Relationship Management ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to support repeat placements. ● Educate candidates on available assignments, compensation packages, and market trends. ● Guide candidates through the full lifecycle—from initial contact through assignment completion. ● Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding career opportunities and contract decisions. Client & Order Fulfillment Support ● Partner with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and priority openings. ● Work job orders for travel and local contracts, ensuring timely submissions and high-quality candidates. ● Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements to meet fill rate goals. ● Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools. Pipeline & Activity Management ● Maintain high daily recruiting activity including calls, texts, emails, and database outreach. ● Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify talent. ● Stay informed on market trends, pay rates, and demand across Allied Health and Therapy disciplines. ● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting metrics and placement goals. Preferred Qualifications ● 1-2 years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience, with a focus on Allied Health and/or Therapy. ● Experience placing candidates in travel and/or local contract roles. ● Strong understanding of specialties such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Imaging, Respiratory, and related fields. ● Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Vivian, LinkedIn). ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective in a remote work setting.
