Job Summary
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction in Tokyo, Japan. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. Your expertise in Japanese language and culture will be invaluable in communicating with our Japanese-speaking customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement in Tokyo, Japan
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our security awareness training and simulated phishing platform
- Provide exceptional customer support and communication to Japanese-speaking customers and partners
- Conduct regular customer success calls, meetings, and workshops to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security awareness and employee training
Essential Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Fluency in Japanese language and culture
- Proven track record of driving business growth and employee engagement in Tokyo, Japan
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze customer data and feedback
- Experience with security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Japanese-speaking customers and partners
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and customs
- Familiarity with arenaflex's security awareness training and simulated phishing platform
- Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
