Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Middle School, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our students, parents, and faculty receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Phone Calls and Responding to Emails: You will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and faculty, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Accurate Information and Assistance: You will provide accurate and up-to-date information about school programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring that our community is well-informed and supported.
  • Documenting and Tracking Customer Interactions: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, tracking feedback and concerns to improve our service delivery and ensure that we're meeting the needs of our community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with current enrollment in a related educational program being a plus.
  • Effective Communication Skills: You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Customer Service Experience: While experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred, it's not required. Up to 4 years of experience is acceptable.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
