Job Summary
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You'll work closely with our patients, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient accounts. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email, or mail, providing timely and empathetic responses to patient concerns
- Process patient payments, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions
- Confirm and update insurance coverage and patient demographic information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Submit claims to patients' insurance providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and insurance coverage issues, providing clear and concise explanations
- Maintain detailed documentation in patient account records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and internal stakeholders
