As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers by monitoring alarm signals, dispatching emergency services, and providing exceptional customer service during critical situations.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
- Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring that they feel supported and cared for
- Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
- Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring that they are aware of the situation
- Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and helpful responses
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- The ability to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
- One year of customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Nice-to-haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
- Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
- Experience in a high-stress environment
