Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our remote customer service team as Part-Time Customer Service Advisors. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, presenting and answering questions about our services and products, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills
  • Presenting and answering questions about our services and products to customers
  • Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
  • Balancing multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Providing product support, solutions, and additional product information to customers
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications to manage customer interactions and data

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
  • Prior experience in a call center environment (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day
  • Availability on Saturdays and holidays
  • Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
  • A professional workspace with visible camera and microphone for training
  • Own PC computer, web camera, 2 monitors, high-speed internet, and a hands-free headset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
