Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, while also providing product knowledge and consulting on products with compassion. You will be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role:
* 1 year or more of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
