Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, WI or St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving complex issues, and utilizing our service recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, resolving service inquiries and addressing complex issues
- Utilize the service recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy services
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support for our members
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
- Identify process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Training and Development
As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success in this role. Our 4-6 week paid remote training program will cover:
- arenaflex's products and services
- Customer service best practices
- Service recovery process
- Industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Team collaboration and communication skills
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality service to arenaflex's members
- Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Ability to identify process improvements and provide feedback
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and respond well to a rapidly changing industry and operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
