As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our CX Training Manager to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers. With a focus on fire systems and building automation solutions, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experiences and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities
As a Sr Customer Experience Training Professional – Fire Systems, your key responsibilities will include:- Curriculum Development and Delivery: Assist in updating and developing new and existing curriculum for customer technical training, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
- Brand Expertise: Possess expertise in multiple brands/product lines relevant to the role, including Honeywell fire products such as Notifier, Gamewell-FCI, Fiplex, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Xtralis, and Farenhyt.
- Global Training Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the global training team on brand training roadmaps and learning paths to ensure seamless delivery and consistency.
- Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom Training: Deliver high-quality, face-to-face and virtual classroom technical training for arenaflex customers, ensuring best-in-class delivery through customer satisfaction surveys.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of training content remains relevant, acting upon customer feedback to drive improvements in training offerings.
- Mobile Technology Integration: Utilize mobile technology to live stream classes for virtual training sessions, enhancing the learning experience for customers.
- Customer Interface: Interface with customers on a daily basis via phone calls or text messaging to coordinate with students, including class times, course content, private training events, and answering technical support questions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Support Learning & Enablement new training development programs by acting as a subject matter expert, validating content and course structures.
- Bespoke Training Development: As required, develop and deliver bespoke customer trainings either via virtual classroom or at customer premises.
- Learning Development Paths: Identify learning development paths for students attending classes, encouraging uptake of further arenaflex training through awareness of Learning & Enablement offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Participate and contribute to team meetings and other company meetings across the arenaflex organization.
- Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of all individual and team targets and KPIs, focusing on end-user customers and including time of contact with customers.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- YOU MUST HAVE:
- Training program delivery experience.
- Experience with commercial fire products.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following Honeywell fire products: Notifier, Gamewell-FCI, Fiplex, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Xtralis, Farenhyt.
- WE VALUE:
