Job Summary
As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with our account managers, executives, and clients to provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and drive growth within our organization. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and in our Wilmington, DE office. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients, providing expert guidance on benefits-related matters
- Work closely with account managers and executives to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate information
- Collaborate with the benefits team to develop and implement client education programs, renewals, and other benefit-related tasks
- Support the development of new business opportunities, including identifying and pursuing new clients and partnerships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in employee benefits
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in employee benefits, preferably on the brokerage side of the business
- Strong client service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
- Health licensing a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a benefits brokerage or consulting firm
- Knowledge of benefits administration software and systems
- Certification in benefits or a related field (e.g., CEBS, CPC, or CLU)
- Experience with client relationship management (CRM) software and tools

Compensation and Perks
