Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about their pension/structured settlement annuity, account maintenance, and claims process. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about their pension/structured settlement annuity, account maintenance, and claims process
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify solutions, and implement changes as needed
  • Process and navigate Windows-based operating systems to access client information and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail/restaurant environment

  • 1-2 years of Microsoft Suite experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Intermediate computer literacy and ability to navigate Windows-based operating systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace at home
  • Ability to use video during interviews and training sessions
  • Ability to attend on-site training and nesting at arenaflex's Warwick, RI office
  • Ability to work from home, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Experience working with pension/structured settlement annuity, account maintenance, and claims process
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Training and Development

* arenaflex provides comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role

  • On-site training will be provided at arenaflex's Warwick, RI office, with a focus on customer service skills, product knowledge, and technical training
