Job Description
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to existing clients, including updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, and answering questions
- Working with new clients or supporting producers to understand their needs, gather necessary data, research policy options, present options, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and negotiate with carriers when necessary
- Conferencing with customers to provide detailed information about products and services, quoting new business, processing renewals and/or canceling accounts, taking payments, and providing requested documentation
- Collaborating with team members, mentoring staff, providing expertise, and answering questions, as well as participating in formal and informal meetings as needed

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Active NC Property and Casualty Insurance License: We require a valid NC Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Excellent Interpersonal and Creative Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, as well as think creatively to resolve complex issues
- Strong Customer Focus and Excellent Phone Manner: You'll be the face of arenaflex, so we need someone with a strong customer focus and excellent phone skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills and Personal Accountability Mindset: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your work
- Technology and Computer Proficiency: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and computer systems to perform your job duties
