Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers. If you have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and ensuring the accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
  • Assisting with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless policy management
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to ensure expertise and accuracy in policy management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, specifically in personal lines policies (home and auto)
  • Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and policy accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Certification in insurance, such as CPCU or ARM
