The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' websites provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for their visitors. You'll be responsible for interacting with customers through online chat software, addressing their queries, and providing accurate and timely assistance. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Escalation: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Create relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, enabling us to tailor our support to their requirements.
- Product Promotion: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, while promoting interest in client products and services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Additional Tasks: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
