Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, auditing, and inputting vendor invoices related to production and in-house payments. You will also be responsible for all vendor statement reconciliation, researching and handling vendor and agency inquiries, and communicating frequently with local offices to resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, audit, and input vendor invoices related to production and in-house payments
- Perform all vendor statement reconciliation
- Research and handle vendor and agency inquiries
- Communicate frequently with local offices to resolve any discrepancies
- Work closely with buyers and publications to resolve issues and ensure timely payment
- Print required system reports as needed
Requirements
* High school diploma required
- Experience with auditing of vendor accounts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
