Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Debit Card Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Following established communication scripts to handle different topics and ensure consistency in our customer interactions
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide the best possible experience for our customers
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a strong focus on meeting our service level agreements
- Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers
- Being available to cross-train on new products and services as requested, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service or customer support experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Previous call center or office background experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools
- The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management
- A typing speed of 35 words per minute, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18 years of age, with a valid government-issued ID
- A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on debit card support
- Knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting service level agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience working with a variety of customers, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service
Benefits
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Debit Card Support at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Starting pay of $14/hour, with a shift differential of $1/hour for nights and weekends
- Paid training, typically 1 week in length from 6:00am-3:00pm (PST)
- Temporary part-time to full-time status, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy, with the flexibility to work from home and provide your own equipment and workspace
