Job Description
We're seeking skilled and service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Authorized to work in the United States
* U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
* Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
* Spanish language skills are a bonus
