Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Freelance Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across different online platforms and databases, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Verifying and cross-checking information to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Organizing and managing digital files and records in accordance with company standards, and maintaining a secure and confidential environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and any discrepancies, and providing regular updates on progress.
• Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining quality standards, and performing routine data cleanup and validation as required.
• Working independently with minimal supervision, and adapting to new software and tools as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills with an accuracy rate above 95%, and familiarity with data entry software and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly, as well as good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
• No prior professional experience required, but any previous data entry or clerical experience is an advantage, and candidates with experience in freelance or remote roles will be preferred but not mandatory.
