Responsibilities

As an Experienced Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls for roadside assistance and service requests from customers, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve their needs efficiently.
  • Making outbound calls to service providers to secure towing assistance, ensuring that customers receive the help they need in a timely manner.
  • Managing alerts and handling cases until completion, including status updates for existing cases, to maintain transparency and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, service providers, and partners to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer needs.
  • Negotiating with service providers to ensure they have the correct equipment to assist customers, guaranteeing that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Updating customers with estimated time of arrival (ETA) for assistance, providing timely and accurate information to manage their expectations.
