Position Overview:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Label Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping union members understand their benefits options and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll work directly with clients who have requested benefits information, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, providing clear and concise information about available programs and coverage options
- Set virtual appointments and conduct benefits presentations, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions
- Educate clients on available programs and coverage options, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Complete applications and documentation with accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Maintain high-quality service standards and client records, providing exceptional service and support to clients
- Participate in leadership training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to excel in your role
What We’re Looking For:
