Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing virtual call center services to our clients, handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations
- Basic typing skills and computer literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, we offer a range of compensation, perks, and benefits, including:

Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following application and certification process:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be discussed with you during the onboarding process.
Availability
As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the opportunity to earn higher pay rates as you take on more work.
Technology Needed for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. You'll also need to meet the following technology requirements:
- A Windows-based computer or laptop, with a stable internet connection
- A headset or earbuds, with a microphone and speaker
- A quiet workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions
- A strong understanding of computer software and systems, with the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and screens simultaneously
