Experienced School Engagement Customer Service Representative – National Campaign Support

The Role
As a School Engagement Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in advancing arenaflex's mission through administrative, data management, and systemic support of National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve overall team and National goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Ensure timely, high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders (staff, volunteers, parents, etc.), while fostering strong relationships across various teams through the internal inbox system and telephone calls.
- Data Management: Accurately manage and input customer data into CRM and Database systems such as Dynamics and Luminate, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Business Literacy & Systems Proficiency: Display a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing arenaflex systems and others to support campaign success.
Responsible for accurate, timely processing of donations
in accordance with established requirements and standards.
- Project Support: Collaborate within mini teams to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with accurate, timely information. Play a key role on the reports team, ensuring weekly metric deadlines are met with precision in data collection and sharing.
- Fast-paced Environment: Support the School Engagement Campaign, which experiences a high volume of inquiries from October through April. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responding to a high volume of requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
•
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
•
Customer service mindset
with an ability to handle inquiries, escalate when necessary, and deliver timely resolutions.
Effective interpersonal skills
with demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally
Effective oral and written communication skills

High attention to detail
for accurate data entry and order management across systems
Develop a strong understanding of various software applications
, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
Computer experience
with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or proficiency with similar products
Demonstrated track record
with project management and leading tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to adjust to changing processes and environments

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience. Geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Our total rewards package includes:
